2017 Chevrolet Impala Custom Headlights

The 2017 Chevy Impala is a pretty spiffy car, but the halogen projector headlights are a total lighting embarrassment. So I removed them and replaced the guts with MD2S projectors and the world is now a better place.

The customer had already installed an HID kit hoping to get additional output. Sadly, it was still very unimpressive. The bowl and lens are simply a poor design:

Mounted up… a plate was made for mounting the ballast on the headlight housing…HDRelay harness in place and everything wired up nice and tidy:
