2014 Nissan Juke Custom Headlights

Addressable/Flow Series, Demon Eyes, Fog Lights, Lens Etching, Paintwork, Projector Retrofit

I finally did a build for my own 2011-2014 Nissan Juke… so of course I went all out with an EVOXR HID projector assembly w/By13 etched lenses, RGBW demon eyes with Bluetooth controller, flow series halos, custom one-off fabricated acrylic halo ring diffuser assembly (comprised of 13x 0.75″ acrylic rods), custom one-off fabricated acrylic shroud assembly painted matching blue, and finished w/a Superior Mobile branded acrylic trim ring around the projector lens. Also have XBLED fog lights and LED turn signal bulbs.

The stock housings I started with:

The diffuser fabrication process from start to after a lot of routering:

I used a precision laser cut alignment jig to finalize the diffuser rod placement:

Trim ring etched and painted:

Shroud basic shape…trimming and fitting…body filler to match contours exactly:

Lots of body work dialing in the shape…getting the top surface flat…Same concept for inner shape:

Made a perfectly sized sanding “rod” to get the two planes smooth:

Testing light output after adding some design details to the shroud shape:

Smoothed and sealed it with a high build polyester primer followed by guide coat block sanding:

Before and after paint job…gloss black for the reflector bowls:
